Working in Richmond
Richmond sits mostly on Lulu Island and has a different mix of buildings from its neighbours: high-rise condos along the Canada Line around Richmond Centre, established single-family areas such as Steveston and Blundell, and a large amount of commercial and industrial space.
Richmond is low-lying, and many of its homes are built without deep basements, so renovations tend to focus on the main floors, kitchens and washrooms, and updating finishes. Damp can still be a concern in a low-lying city, and we repair and restore damaged drywall and ceilings, then finish and paint them.
