Interior renovations in Coquitlam

Working in Coquitlam

Coquitlam is one of the Tri-Cities, with established neighbourhoods such as Maillardville and Ranch Park alongside newer communities on Burke Mountain and Westwood Plateau, and high-rise growth around Burquitlam and Coquitlam Centre near SkyTrain.

Newer homes often need finishing work such as drywall, painting, trim and flooring, while older homes in established neighbourhoods may need walls and ceilings repaired before they are painted or renovated. We take on both.

If you own a condo or townhome, check your strata bylaws before you start. Depending on the scope, work may need a permit from the City of Coquitlam, and we will tell you what we think applies to your project.
